We have two offices, one in Downtown San Diego and another in Downtown Escondido. With more than 20 years of combined experience, our team is committed to the highest level of service, and we speak English and Spanish.
As a family-owned business we keep things personal. Owners and tenants can always reach us, or come meet us in person.
The details
We advertise your rental on Zillow, Craigslist, and the MLS, and other sites pick up the listing from there. We answer calls about it quickly.
Every inquiry gets a rental application by email or in person, and we run background screening to confirm applicant history and check for prior evictions.
We use California Association of Realtors rental agreement forms with all required disclosures, and walk tenants through the terms so they understand them.
We get wet signatures when tenants are available and can arrange electronic signatures on request.
Tenants can reach us by phone or email. Our plumbers, electricians, painters, and other trusted subcontractors handle repairs.
When work is needed, we text you and wait for your approval. We pay the contractor directly and deduct the invoice from the next month’s rent proceeds, so there’s nothing for you to pay separately.
If rent isn’t received by the due date in the lease, we let you know right away and share our in-house attorney’s fees for serving the appropriate notices.
With your approval we proceed, or you can handle the notices your own way if you prefer.
